Legends has some decent account back up tools built into the game. You got Facebook, Google, & Twitter social platforms where you can store your progress in the cloud and have a way to restore if somethings goes bunk. However, there are a few fallbacks (or potentially from the game creator's view, benefits) of the social backup system.

Limited to restoring once every 24 hours

Pretty sure this restriction was put in place to complicate processing of third-party "stone" brokers. Hasn't stopped em & the fact that such services exist indicate the game currency prices are too high. Either way, it can cause some issues. Say for example you get a new phone, transfer your account, and then realize you wanna start your new device over and factory reset. Guess what. You have to wait a day before you can transfer your account & play again.

The limitation will probably never be an issue for the majority of players, but it does have potential to spark up some conflicts.

Legends seems to be running for certain countries. There are some guides floating around on how to obtain the app. Might look into seeing if I can make a workaround app version, I'll touch more on that at a later point. Might not be possible though.

Was asked to help rally the troops about the latest false advertising that occurred on Global version of Dokkan Battle double dokkan summon event. NateSA wrote up the following template for those of you who want to use a base for contacting & letting em know you're unsatisfied with what happened & want some action taken.

We the Player Base have a legitimate concern as to the handling of the above mentioned title by the above-mentioned publisher. For the date range of April 20th 2018 through April 23rd 2018 the player base was never made aware of a misleading error in the advertisement for a major in game campaign. During these “100 hours” Tens of thousands of players used in game currency as well as money to purchase in game currency for this advertised event. Only after the event has ended did the publisher make a formal statement acknowledging there was a misleading error on one unit in the campaign. This error made it completely impossible to pull the advertised unit, simply because the unit does not exist in the form it was advertised and more importantly, was never included in the banner’s pool, despite being featured in the advertisement.

Update: APKs are up, I have not tested them all & not sure if all of the C1 versions uploaded correctly. Don't forget to make sure you enable storage permissions as stated on the APK Page.

In the process of uploading the APKs now. Everyone needs to chill out. If you didn't notice I am not responding to anything on twitter so spamming me more isn't going to speed anything up.

Also, PVP mode seems to be down for maint right now. Weird. Some one leaked the APK for those of you looking for it. It's not mine & I haven't looked into it but guessing it's fine. There are others floating around too, so don't blame me if PvP isnt working good cause I was all about keeping shit locked down this round.

Unpacked all the Unity "MonoBehaviour" files I could identify & created a Zip File with em all for who ever wants to dig around. So far I have noticed the files with all uppercase names have the most human readable type information. I think the repeat files with #NUMBER after them are the newer versions that were updated while the game was going on, like data downloads.

I will be writing some code to parse as much of this data as possible & automate what I can to construct into the legends site so it will be easier for everyone to read. Have not come across the card specs yet though.

The second round of Closed Beta Testing invites have gone out to those who have been selected. This time they increased the testing group by 20,000 though.

If you have been selected you should have received an email with the Google account you signed up with. Unfortunately, I will not be publicly sharing an APK this time around since last time there were connectivity issues with the PVP game play. Yes, I know, grumble grumble, just trying to keep things fair for the ones actually chosen to partake in the beta testing.

Don't worry, the official game will come soon enough & at least you had CBT1 to trial it out with.
